Located in the heart of historic Hermann, Lionheart Whiskey Co. operates out of a building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It’s a structure that has witnessed generations of commerce, craft, and community.

Today, that legacy continues through our American whiskey.

What to Expect

Hermann is known for its deep roots as a wine town and German-American architectural charm. Our building, recognized on the National Registery, reflects that same spirit of endurance and integrity.

Your experience includes:

  • A curated tasting of select Lionheart spirits
  • A hands-on lesson to crafting the perfect Old Fashioned cocktail

About the Tour

Tours are designed to be both educational and immersive — ideal for whiskey enthusiasts, curious newcomers, and those who appreciate heritage craftsmanship. While the equipment is modern, the structures itself carries over a century of character. Original elements remain intact, offering guests an authentic backdrop for the Lionheart distillery tour experience.

  • $20 per person
  • Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
  • Location: Corner of 3rd & Schiller Street, Downtown Hermann
  • Reservations: Recommended for large parties due to limited capacity, walkins welcome
  • Private Group Tours: Available upon request
  • Children permitted, but seating is limited. Must be 21+ to enjoy the guided flight experience

Tours During Oktoberfest

During the month of October, we’re thrilled to offer you a thoughtfully curated schedule designed to maximize your enjoyment and experience without compromising quality.

Due to the crowds we experience during the Oktoberfest weekends we require reservations for Friday and Saturday tours. Walk-ins are still welcome and our full tour schedule is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays year round.
