Get ready to spice things up at the Backyard Chili Cook Off! Join us for a sizzling event where amateur cooks showcase their chili-making skills. Whether you’re a chili aficionado or just looking for a tasty day out, this family-friendly cook off has something for everyone.

Sample an array of mouthwatering chili creations and cast your vote for the People’s Choice award. From traditional recipes to unique twists, you’ll savor a variety of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

While you’re here, don’t miss the chance to enjoy Lionheart Whiskey Co.’s signature whiskey cocktails. If you’re craving something different, Ubernachten will be serving up a selection of cocktails and beers. Plus, there’s a chance to win big with our 50/50 raffle!

Not only will you indulge in delicious chili and drinks, but you’ll also be supporting a good cause. This event benefits Showboat Theatre, a local community theatre in Hermann that brings movies and live action plays to the heart of our town.

Competitors Wanted

$40 per entry includes 2 passes to the event. Minimum of 8 quarts must be provided for sampling. Sample cups and spoons provided.
Quality Standard: we hold ourselves to a high standard, we ask competitors to do the same
