Espresso Old Fashioned

2 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye Whiskey

1 oz Clout (Single Malt dark roast) Espresso

1/2oz brown sugar simple syrup

3 dashes Cherry Cacao bitters

Garnish with chocolate shavings

  1. Pull shot of espresso and let it start to cool.
  2. In a shaker combine whiskey, espresso, simple syrup and bitters.
  3. Shake with ice to chill.
  4. Strain over large cube into rocks glass. 
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
