2 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye Whiskey
1 oz Clout (Single Malt dark roast) Espresso
1/2oz brown sugar simple syrup
3 dashes Cherry Cacao bitters
Garnish with chocolate shavings
- Pull shot of espresso and let it start to cool.
- In a shaker combine whiskey, espresso, simple syrup and bitters.
- Shake with ice to chill.
- Strain over large cube into rocks glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
