1.5 oz Espresso (pre-chilled)
1/2 oz Caffe Amaro
2 dashes cherry cacao bitters
1/2 oz Green Walnut Chocolate liquor
1.5 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye
1/2 oz pasteurized egg white
1/2 oz house simple syrup
Splash (1/4 oz) of oat milk OR half and half cream
Nutmeg & coffee bean garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, dry shake all ingredients except the splash of cream/milk.
- Add ice and wet shake.
- Strain into a goblet, top with splash of cream/milk and swizzle in.
- Garnish with nutmeg and a coffee bean or two.
