Top Shelf Whiskey Sour

2 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye Whiskey

1.5 oz fresh lemon juice

1/4 oz pinapple juice

1/2 oz house simple syrup

1/2 oz egg white

Garnish with 3 drops cherry bark bitters

  1. Combine ingredients in a dry shaker. Shake 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a goblet and top with bitters.
