Cinnamon Apple Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz Apologue persimmon liquor
  • 1/4 oz Runamok cinnamon vanilla infused maple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz Lionheart Small Batch rye whiskey
  • 1 oz apple cider reduction*

*Apple Cider reduction: boil apple sour until it is half it’s original volume.

Stir over ice and finish with original Angry Orchard. Then garnish with an apple slice & cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
