2 oz. Lionheart small batch
.75 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz 3 pepper simple syrup
.5 oz egg white
cherry bark bitters
In a shaker combine whiskey, juices, simple, and egg white.
Shake until frothy, add ice to shaker.
Shake again until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over large ice cube.
Top with 3-4 drops of cherry bark bitters.
