Ingredients
- 3 blackberries (alternative: blackberry perserves)
- 1-2 mint leaves
- ice
- 2 oz. Lionheart Small Batch Rye
- 1 oz. peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- Splash of lemon-lime Bubbl’r or zero sugar ginger ale
Instructions
In a rocks glass, muddle berries and mint. Add whiskey, schnapps, lemon juice and ice. Stir to combine and top with Bubbl’r. Enjoy!
Alternatively, if using preserves wet shake then strain over fresh ice. Top with ginger ale.
