Ingredients

2 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/4 oz honey syrup

1 barspoon white fig preserves

1 barspoon dark fig with ginger preserves

3 drops ginger bitters

Zero sugar ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Wet shake
  2. Strain over new ice into a rocks glass.
  3. Top with ginger ale and stir a little to lightly combine.
