Strawberry Habanero Highball

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Portland’s brown sugar simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Yes Cocktail Ginger Citrus mixer
  • Strawberry
  • New Creation Strawberry Habanero soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle a strawberry and top with ice in a Collins glass.
  2. In a shaker, combine whiskey, lemon, simple and ginger mixer. Shake with ice until shaker becomes frosty outside.
  3. Strain shaker mixture into glass.
  4. Top with side and give it a swizzle stir before serving.
