Whiskey Paloma Highball

Ingredients

2 oz. Lionheart Small Batch Rye

1/3 oz. fresh lemon juice

1/3 oz. Giffard grapefruit liquor

1 large crack of sea salt

2 dashes King Floyd Green Chili bitters

1 dash King Floyd Ginger bitters

Splash of Fever Tree sparkling pink grapefruit soda

dehydrated grapefruit and optional fresh mint leaf for garnish

Instructions

Wet shake whiskey, lemon, liquor, salt and bitters.

Add dyhydrated grapefruit and mint over fresh ice in a highball glass.

Strain shaker mixture into glass and top with grapefruit soda.

Give it a quick swizzel-stir to lightly combine, enjoy!
