2 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye
1.5 fresh lemon juice
1 oz Blackberry Pomegranate syrup
1/2 oz egg white
3 drops to garnish with Emmett Cherry bitters
- Dry shake all ingredients (except the bitters).
- Add ice and wet shake until frosty on the outside
- Strain into chilled coupe or goblet
- Garnish with 2 cherries and a bitters swirl
