Mango Apricot Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz Lionheart Small Batch Rye

1.5 oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 Apricot Liquor juice

1/2 oz Mango simple syrup

1/2 oz egg white

Add 2 Starlino Cherries to glass

Garnish with 3 drops Emmett cherry bitters

Instructions:

  1. Dry shake whiskey, lemon juice, liquor, simple and egg white for 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice and wet shake another 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into chilled goblet and top with 3 drops Emmett cherry bitters.
