Ingredients
2 oz. Lionheart Small Batch Rye
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. pineapple juice
3/4 Rhubarb Vanilla simple syrup
1/2 oz. egg white
Ginger bitters for garnish
Instructions
Dry shake 15 seconds. (not adding ice right away helps make the texture frothy)
Add ice to wet shake another 15 seconds.
Strain into a goblet.
Top with 4 drops ginger bitters
