This large batch recipe makes 56 servings and has been featured at Lionheart during one of the Santa Rampage events.
Ingredients
3 750mL Lionheart Small Batch Rye
25 oz. Portland’s Ginger syrup
25 oz. Elderberry juice
5 packs of raspberries
8.5 can ginger ale (zero sugar preferred)
3 cans of raspberry/lime (we’re not sure what this note is…soda maybe?)
120 drops bitters
Combine and serve over ice.
