Spiced Pear Sazerac

Ingredients

1 spritz Absinthe

2 dashes Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas bitters

1/4 oz brown sugar simple

1 oz. Spiced Pear liquor

2 oz. Lionheart Small Batch Rye

lemon twist to garnish

Instructions

Spritz a rocks glass with absinthe and add a large ice cube.

Add bitters, simple and whiskey then the liquor.

Stire to combine and garnish with expressed lemon twist.
